Qualifications
Education
- Required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
- Required
- One to three years of experience in Medical Coding
Certification/Licensure:
- Required
- Certified Coding Associate (CCA)
- Must be obtained before hire date
- Certified Coding Specialist (CCS)
- Must be obtained before hire date
- Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT)
- Must be obtained before hire date
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA)
- Must be obtained before hire date
