직무 개요

This position is responsible for communicating and collaborating with value streams, plant supply chain, and business partners in Novelis Asia to generate a monthly S&OP Plan(Capacity, Production, Metal, Inventory Plan..) via the Macro Planner System.

책임 및 자격

[Responsibilities]

• Support S&OP process
• Verify sales forecast and review operational KPIs
• Run the Macro planner and evaluate planning results
• Create alternative scenarios and scenario analysis
• Communicate with Plant SCs and business partners
• Analyze the impact due to demand or capacity change
• Prepare the materials for Supply review or Pre-S&OP mtg.

• To improve Planning accuracy and visibilities
• Monitor actual capacity and perform business analysis
• Attend S&OE mtg (Identify business issues and align the S&OP plan)

• Ongoing projects to enhance S&OP process
• Conduct activities to integrate Company planner and Macro planner
• Improve planning systems (MP and PBIs) and S&OP process

[Qualification]

• BA degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering, is preferred
• 10years of Experience in the Supply Chain, except for logistics
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning or S&OP Process
• Experience in Business Strategy or Financial Planning, along with Supply Chain, is a plus
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Excellent skill in Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent English Proficiency
• Experience in using ERP System
