Position Summary
The Digital Delivery Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytical reports and dashboards derived from BancFirst's digital platforms and supporting data sources. This role focuses on customer segmentation analysis—particularly age-based cohort analysis by product and channel—to support data-driven decision-making for marketing strategy, channel optimization, and digital product planning.
The position partners closely with Digital Delivery, Marketing, Advertising, Retail Banking, and Information Technology teams to transform raw digital data into actionable insights while ensuring data integrity, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop recurring and ad hoc reports from digital banking platforms (online banking, mobile banking, digital account opening, credit monitoring, payments, and related systems).
- Analyze customer demographics and behavior, with an emphasis on age cohorts by product type, channel usage, and engagement patterns.
- Design dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate trends, performance metrics, and customer insights to business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and digital adoption through data-driven insights.
Marketing & Channel Insights
- Provide analytical support for targeted marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, channel selection, and campaign performance measurement.
- Assist in determining optimal digital and non-digital channels for different customer segments based on behavioral and demographic data.
- Support A/B testing and pilot initiatives by defining metrics, tracking outcomes, and presenting results.
Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used in reporting and analysis.
- Adhere to BancFirst data governance standards, information security policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Document data sources, assumptions, and methodologies to support transparency and auditability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Partner with Digital Delivery leadership to define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with Information Technology teams to understand data structures, resolve data issues, and improve data availability.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred
- Experience analy
- Familiarity with core banking systems, digital banking platforms, or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and marketing analytics.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing or digital adoption initiatives.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in banking.
