As a Core Trading Platform Developer, you'll build high-performance, scalable business applications in a distributed system. Your focus will be on architecting and developing framework across multiple asset classes, and best practices to empower new flows and products efficiently. This critical role drives the teams' mission to deliver market-leading order management and execution tools, ensuring scalability, ease of use, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Expert C++
• development skills 7+ years
• Experience with Fix integrations, Order protocol, understanding risk profiles, trade workflows etc.
• Experience building enterprise systems and low-latency applications
• Strong understanding of Market Connectivity
• Strong network and multithreaded programming skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Architect, develop, deploy, and operate new and existing components of the trading system
• Propose designs to continuously improve performance, functionality, and stability of the system
• Exercise sound software engineering judgment, charting a path amongst tactical and strategic trade-offs to satisfy short- and long-term commercial goals.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with business users, compliance officers, and peer technology teams
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM discipline
• Python scripting experience
