Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, recruitment, and operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with department heads and executive leadership to ensure data-informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports that track key business metrics (sales performance, lead generation, recruitment KPIs, marketing ROI, etc.)
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with senior leadership and department managers to understand business needs and provide tailored analytical support.
• Automate data collection, validation, and reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Support business planning and forecasting processes by providing historical data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Identify data quality issues and work with relevant stakeholders to improve data integrity across systems (CRM, ATS, marketing tools, etc.)
• Provide insights on customer behavior, agent performance, property trends, and competitor benchmarking.
• Assist in the implementation of business intelligence tools and data infrastructure development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analyst, or strategy role (experience in real estate, property tech, or fast-paced startups is preferred).
• Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
• Strong SQL and Excel skills; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Property Finder, or similar), Google Analytics, and digital marketing analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and driven by impact.
